If the film club had a mulligan, I would try to stop the rooms from switching every quarter to keep it consistent. Have all visitors and club members leave their name and email so they can get a newsletter update on whether there are any room changes or new movies. Create more slicker fliers and posters. Show some more mainstream movies. Have the film club meet at the same time and day instead of having scheduling conflicts. Either schedule around my classes or have film club instead of going to class. Brush off remarks that the club is racist by showing that there are US movies shown occasionally. Not be scared of showing these movies since I'm not making any money by doing it.

I came back home to find little Sasha was gone
Her mama said she's with a man that's treating her wrong,
I kept on singing my song, hoping at a show,
that I would one day see her standing in the front row
but two weeks later she got found in the back of a school
with a needle in her arm, baby two months due. Sasha Thumper.
