I would like to make an honorable mention to
my good friend Louie. He lives in Youngstown,
Ohio. Please excuse him for that. He has along with
me, helped me learn or should I say, gain knowledge
of brewing. He make's LOU'S BREW. With his
help and friendship we are able to help each other
learn how to make the best beer possible. His brewing
habit's are some what different than mine, but
his homebrew is excellent! So thank's to LOU'S BREW,
I have learned a different perspective and new
idea's.

Honorable mention for louie: Keep up the good work!!

Me and Louie have both taken chances

Our good friend Dick would not listen to us. Now as you can see we are both without a Dick for a friend. Learn from us unless you to want to lose a Dick, don't drink, drive, and most of all don't be a Dick!

MY OWN VIEW

I guess I should address the drinking part. I myself have always liked drinking beer from a bottle. Well let me tell you friend that only come's second to a frosted mug! I keep two mugs in the freezer at all time's. My mugs which are glass, range from 50 oz. to 12 oz. Beer stien's are OK, but
unless you like to drink beer some what warmer than 40 *,
which yes, I from time to time enjoy a warm beer, stick to the frosted mugs. Are friends from Europe like their beer a little warmer than most American's, to which I will say, that's OK with a HOMEBREW, but not that store bought crap. Nothing like a good hoppy warm one once in a while.

I would like to thank the nice people at Blimp City Brewery. I went there for a little visit and was met with a warm welcome. Mark Kuss showed me all around and took time to explain all aspects of their brewing process. If you get the chance click on their web site or drop buy and try a keg or two of their great tasting beer!
