The Storyline:
The story is basically the same as Silent Hill on the Playstation game console. Harry Mason is traveling with his daughter Cheryl on their summer vacation. A ghostly figure appears in front of the car and Harry swerves to miss it. Harry, then finds himself in Silent Hill and Cheryl is gone. Upon searching for Cheryl, many strange things happen. The towns people are now monsters and the world switches from "normal" to "alternate." Can Harry survive?
Also, as an added bonus you will also get a chance to go through the game as Cybil and see what she encountered in her journey throughout Silent Hill!
Silent Hill Play Novel features a Choose-Your-Own-Path type gameplay. Sequences will be broken up with frightening mini-games, then continues on with the rest of the story. There will be Collectible Cards hidden in the story's branching paths, so you can prove to your friends that you read the whole thing.
The Play Novel will use the Mobile Adapter to download a third text adventure, so once you read through as Harry, then go through Cybil's version of her encounters with the haunted town of Silent Hill, Japanese gamer's can download a third story to further thrill readers.
However, unless you plan to import this game from Japan, American and European fans will never play it.
Good News: I have found a Silent Hill Play Novel Rom, download it and the emulator below, However if you do not own the game you must delete it within 24 hours. The game is in Japanese sorry, there is no translation yet so you won't understand what is happening but you still see events as they unfold and it really isn't hard to understand by the pictures. However you will need to look at the Game FAQ to solve the puzzles, some are tricky especially since the clues and hints are in Japanese.
