In John 4:10 where Christ is speaking with the woman at the well; notice that Christ asked the woman to receive Him and His Gift without any prerequisite change in her life. After she believed, and because she believed, her way of living would be changed. With some this is a complete turnaround; with others it is a long journey and many struggles. Don't be too hard on yourself ~ the Christian life isn't a bed of roses and it isn't easy for most. Salvation is a Gift from Jesus Christ, the Son of God and Messiah. TAKE IT TO CALVARY!!!! Lay your burdens and cares at His feet!
