Cabbage, Scrimp & Chicken

This is my personal recipe that's perfect for a quick (only 30 minutes) wholesome and I might add "THE BOMB" meal

12 wings (cut in half)
OR (either/or)
3 lg. chicken breasts cut in small cubes
Please note: The chicken wings produces more juices than the chicken breast
1/2 pound shell scrimp
1 pack of Chinese sausages
1 head of cabbage (cut in cubes)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 lg. chopped onion
1/2 chopped bell pepper (optional)
1/2 to 1/4 cup of water
3 tbp oil or olive oil 1 cup Steam rice

Lightly brown onions in oil or olive oil in medium heat. Reduce heat to medium/low and add seasoned chicken on top of onions. Slice 5 chinese sausage in to small pieces and add over the chicken and cover. The chicken will begin to make it's own juice which is where all your flavor is going to come from so, make sure it doesn't cook too fast. Stir occasionally so that the chicken doesn't stick. Add bell pepper (if desired) 5 minutes before chicken is finish cooking. Once chicken has cooked fully, add water slowly and increase heat to high until it comes to a boil. Add cabbage, salt and pepper. Once cabbage has fully cooked, add soy sauce (if desired) ensuring that it is well mixed into the cabbage. Move cabbage over to the side and add scrimp to the bottom of the pot in the juice and let them sit until they turn pink. (this allows the shrimp to absorb the flavor) Remove from heat, cool for 15 minutes and it's ready to serve over rice. (4 servings)

Yummmmmmm-eeeeeee
