Fruit Tart

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
l cup flour
l teaspoon baking power
1 pinch of salt
2 large peaches (or desired fruit choice)
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 taspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup walnuts

Directions:

Mix in a large bowl butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, lemon zest, and salt. Pour into a greased pan, then lay the fruit and walnuts on top.

Bake in a 8 to 10 inch round pan at 350 degree for 1 hour. Let cool for about 20 min. before you remove from pan.
