Anderson graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1966 (BS, Engineering).  He holds three masters degrees: (German Linguistics), Georgetown University, Wash. D.C.; MA (International Relations), Salve Regina College, Newport, RI; and MA (National Security & Strategic Studies), Naval War College. He also taught on the faculty at the United States Military Academy, West Point (1974-76).

Irwin Schiff is one of the true pioneers in the income tax honesty movement and really needs no introduction but for those few who may not know who he is, he's a prolific author, lecturer, and radio show host and has been explaining why there is no law that requires most ordinary Americans to pay income taxes for close to 30 years. You should hear this show.  

Oct. 9 - John Turner

John Turner is a former IRS Revenue Officer and discusses how he went from being a happy IRS employee busy collecting taxes from delinquent taxpayers to understanding that he didn't really have the authority under the law that he was told he had as a Revenue Officer trainee and how he came to know that the tax code is being mis-applied. Here's a former IRS agent who says that if you live and work in the United States at a regular job, the 1040 income tax doesn't apply to you.

Oct. 2 - Jack Cohen

Jack Cohen is back with yet several more failures of the IRS to follow the law relative to filing Notices of Lien in county records along with a more refined approach to getting them removed that he and others are working on. We all know how slippery public officials are when it comes to obeying the law but this approach is going to be very difficult to weasel out of.

Ranch Rescue is a volunteer organization composed of people who believe that when government fails or refuses to act, individual Citizens are obligated to act on their own. Our membership works to preserve and protect the individual private property rights of all our nation's Citizens, regardless of race, color, creed, or religion.

First and foremost among our concerns are the many counties along the southern borders of Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas, where private property landowners are threatened, harassed, intimidated, burglarized, and assaulted by thousands of criminal trespassers every year. These criminals have absolutely no respect for the private property rights of their victims. Drug smugglers, criminal gang members, bandits, thugs, and international terrorists cross over privately owned farm and ranch land in our border counties and they victimize the rural landowners along the way. Government has utterly ignored the victimization of these rural families.

We volunteer to help these private landowners with the repair of private property destroyed by these mass numbers of criminal trespassers and we provide volunteer security for these landowners, their homes, and their private property.

Sept. 18 - Victoria Osborne

TPI, a Colorado Springs based forensic accounting firm, has discovered willful and intentional computer fraud being committed by IRS agents in the Collection and Examination divisions. Victoria Osborn, a forensic accountant, and Richard Osborn, a computer engineer, have proof that as far back as 1974 IRS agents are knowingly putting fraudulent information on taxpayers master files for the purpose of making illegal and fraudulent assessments and then concealing the illegal activity. The details of the illegal accounting can be found at TPI's website at www.tpirsrelief.com . The information that has allowed TPI to discover the IRS illegal accounting was published on the IRS website as a result of the 1998 Reform and Restructuring Act. The IRS published, for the first time in history, their computer operations manuals and codes along with most of the Internal Revenue Manual. The IRS's recent overhaul of their website to make it more taxpayer friendly has either removed or made it more difficult to find most of the information that TPI has used to discover their illegal acts.

Jason Sorens is the founder of the Free State Project and serves as President of the FSP. He grew up in Houston, Texas, received his B.A. in economics and philosophy from Washington and Lee University, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in political science at Yale University. He lives with his wife, Mary Sorens, in Asheville, N.C, where he is finishing his dissertation on The Political Economy of Secessionism: Regional Responses to Globalization.

Sept. 4 - Mr. Tom Washburne

Thomas Washburne is the Director of the National Center for Home Education. He directs HSLDA’s federal policy staff and its legislative activities in Washington, DC. Tom is also an adjunct instructor in government at Patrick Henry College. Prior to working at HSLDA, Tom worked on Capitol Hill for nearly seven years, most recently as chief of staff for an Indiana congressman. He holds an engineering degree from Purdue, and a law degree from Indiana University. He has served as a federal judicial law clerk, practiced law privately, and was an Abraham Lincoln Fellow in Constitutional Government with the Claremont Institute. His articles have appeared in the Washington Times, the Regent University Law Review, and other publications. He has been a guest lecturer/speaker for Indiana University, the U.S. Department of Defense Industrial War College, and the Center for Christian Statesmanship. A home schooling father of five, Tom and his wife, Lynne, live in Lovettsville, Virginia.

Mr. Stoddard was a U.S. Border Patrol Agent for 27 years and discusses the current situation on our borders. The issue of immigration has immense ramifications for this country and Mr. Stoddard is speaking from first-hand experience. You should hear this show.

Aug. 7 - Mr. Walter J. Burien & Mr. Rodney Stich

Mr. Burien discovered some years ago that government and the press are deliberately concealing billions of dollars of public monies while whining that they need more taxes. There is so much money hidden in public investments that governments could be self-sufficient without any of the current taxes, much less new taxes! Meanwhile these monies are loaned out like union pension funds to mobsters generating even more profit. This is a wake-up call folks. You must hear this interview.

Rodney Stich returns to discuss the institutional incompetence and corruption that still, at this late date,  hinders the air transport industry and endangers Americans every day. Mr. Stich is the author of several books that you can find here and here and has been looking out for America since he was a Navy Pilot in WWII.

Louis is another legal trench warrior from Washington state. He started out as a commercial fisherman but the state's traffic racket and his incompetent lawyers wound up turning him into a king-sized legal headache that the state wishes would go away. He's not going anywhere and the state's headache is about to get a lot worse ;-) Find out how the "contempt of court" process works - it might come in handy some day. 

July 10 - Kurt Riggin

Kurt is a Tribal Counsel in Washington State and a legal trench warrior in the courts. Some not-so-surprising information on what happens when you start cutting into the government (read that: Mafia) cash flow system and what happens when you prove the current State of Washington Constitution is a not what government is telling people it is. 

July 3 - Justin Garriot

Justin Garriot is a partner in North American Paralegal. Due process, disciplining corrupt judges, what to do when stopped by the police, among other things.

May 15 - Mr. Richard Cornforth 

"I'm assuming that most are at least passing familiar with Richard's work. He is something of a pioneer in the area of void judgments, the need for a competent witness, etc. For the last couple of years he has enjoyed considerable success at getting judgments vacated and otherwise defending against foreclosures and the like. His most recent research is focused on the Federal Fair Debt Collection Act. Most states have a corresponding act known as the Consumer Protection Act. He has unearthed a raft of new tools and strategies by studying these darlings. One of the people Richard works closely with is a retired lady in Oklahoma City who in the last year has kicked thunder out of two large Oklahoma City law firms using his strategy. Richard has given her a new Native American Indian name: 'Walks on Lawyers'"-- Dan Meador

May 8 - Mr. John Jennings. Mr. Jennings has been working on the issue of removing IRS Notice of Federal Tax Liens. In addition, he discusses evidence, what it is, when it isn't. This is a show that you won't want to miss.

Apr 24 - Jim Shaver

Among other things, Jim has been fighting with county officials in Washington state over the recordation of IRS Notices of Lien as legitimate liens, which amounts to the county laundering a fraudulent "Notice" into a negotiable security. After showing the county officials the error of their ways, they now file those notices in a separate index.

Nov 14 - Atty. Gary Zerman, J.A.I.L. for Judges.  

J.A.I.L. (Judicial Accountability Initiative Law) is a proposed amendment to the California Constitution as a check against judicial misconduct and abuse of power. The initiative creates three statewide Special Grand Juries in California for the sole purpose of investigating complaints against judges. The Special Grand Juries will have the power to sanction judges by levying fines and forfeitures against them; and for third-time offenses, removal from the bench. The Special Grand Juries will also have the power to indict judges and subject them to criminal proceedings before special trial juries who may sentence as well as convict the offending judge. Our goal is to first take California by storm, then the other states by fall-out. What begins in California sweeps the nation. By pressure of the other states, we shall create and call for federal judicial accountability.

Nov 07 - Mr. Rodney Stich - Mr. Rodney Stich has over 50 years of aviation experience covering many sophisticated areas of air safety. He was a Navy pilot and flight instructor in multi-engine aircraft from 1943 to 1946 and an airline pilot from 1950 to 1967, flying in domestic and overseas operations for major American carriers. Can someone come onto your property after being noticed that doing so constitutes trespassing and then seize property without a warrant or judicial due process? Apparently, the First Circuit Court of Appeals thinks so. Rick and his attorney, Mike, will be discussing his case and how it's on its way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
