All of our appraisals strictly adhere to the Federal Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act (FIRREA) and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). We have the capability to perform restricted, summary and self-contained reports in various formats (the most typical being narrative and forms).
