Twilight 2000 2.2 Edition Character Creation

GDW released Twilight 2.2 Edition in 1993. Major changes included moving the skill system from a D10 system to a broader range D20. Skills were now factored with a controling attribute for a more realistic assessment of abilities. Skills were more defined and specific. The so called 0 Level skills implied enough knowledge to avoid a penalty for not being familiar with a given subject but not enough to gain any bennies. Character creation allowed increased but more specific skills. Certain attributes could be raised up to two above the norm maxxing at 12. Overall characters were more powerful than 2nd Edition but still a little behind 1st Edition. The 2.2 Edition is compatable with the Traveller Game System.

To run a 2.2 Edition Character you must have the rulebook in question. there is to much material to post and creation of a character over the net would be time prohibitive. No exceptions.
