Second Edition was released GDW attempted two upgrades before moving on to the
much improved 2.2 Edition.

This
was the Twilight world with a Down Scaled Military, Corporate Mercenaries and
No World War III. The rulebook added some interesting equipment and a new skill
block Term. Counter-terrorist. This template is usable with 2nd Edition
character creation

was the transition from 2nd Edition to 2.2 Edition. Skill rolls changed from a
D10 to a D20. Rules for Melee Weapon and Small Arms Expertise, Scratch Wounds,
and special ammunition loads to include hollow points, dum-dums, mercury loads
ect...A new skill block Term was added Civillian Nurse. This template is usable
with 2nd Edition character creation.

Force Recon to meet the requirement. For purposes of this game I consider this
Term to represent SFDD (Delta Force) or NavSpecWarGrp (formerly SEAL TEAM Six)
so the USMC background does not qualify
