Giving proper rewards to those who helped you accomplish your goals. Learning to gather all the facts before making a conclusion. |

Do the
decisions you make cause resentment from those affected by them?
Would those under your leadership be able to give examples of favoritism in your dealings among them? Do you twist the rules in order to win a game? Have you ever sold somebody something you knew wasn't worth what he expected he was getting? |
