resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble."
(James 4:6)






Some of the Attributes:

Recognizing my total inability to acomplish anything for God apart from His grace.
Understanding how deceitful the heart is.
Quickly redirecting praise to God and others.
Distinguishing between flattery and praise.

How many times during the past week have you thanked God for the things He has allowed you to accomplish?
Do you welcome critism or secretly resent the one who gives it?
Are you inwardly greived or pleased when you learn that another Christian has failed?
Are you unwilling to have others help you with a project because you do not want to share the praise with them?
Do you look at physical defects as God's marks of ownership?

Pride is a constant enemy.  List the three main areas in your life where you struggle with pride.  Here are some examples:

          6.  Power
