General information
The House of Dhamma provides regular Sunday Vipassana (Insight) meditation classes from on Sundays. Beginners class 10 - 12.30 on the second and third Sundays of each month. Experienced meditators class 2.30 - 5.00 pm. on the second and third Sundays of the month. The afternoon sessions are for a series of four Sunday afternoons.
In addition, there are occasional one-day retreats and group sessions which coincide with synchronised global meditations. These usually occur at the time of equinoxes and solstices or auspicious Buddhist holy days.
We arrange weekend and seven-day Insight meditation retreats, Introductory Insight Meditation courses, Metta workshops, Accessing your inner guidance workshops, Reiki healing courses and Buddhist Study Groups.
The House of Dhamma is at 26/0 Lardprao Soi 15, Jatujak district, Bangkok 10900, Thailand. The centre is open for scheduled courses and by appointment.
