Alien Abduction and Mind Control

One of the things that has always amazed me is the inability of non-abductee's to grasp and understand the nature of the mental state of an individual during an alien abduction. Repeatedly I have heard people comment about what they would or would not do, during an abduction. Efforts by individuals, who have undergone the experience, and try and explain what it is really like seem to fall on deaf ears. To the experiencer it seems almost as if the uninitiated are calling the experiencer weak, or implying that the individual is a willing participant in events that are often traumatic and belittling.
Having personally worked with dozens of abductee's and being an abductee myself I will do my best to try and relate what happens to a person mentally during an abduction. Let me say right from the start that not everyone behaves the same in an abduction situation. Not all are equally mentally controlled, whether this is because of some personal characteristic or because of some failing on the behalf of the abduction entities is not known. My personal feeling is that it is more a short coming on the alien's side. I have seen cases that show that even the strongest minds cannot hold up to the determined efforts of the aliens if they deem it necessary.
So what is it like, what really happens?
Abductions start in many ways. Most often the subject is sleeping and is not aware of the arrival of the aliens. In these cases we have nothing to go by in determining what happens in the beginning of the event. However, occasionally there is a foul up, someone or thing may be several seconds off in "sedating" of getting "mental control" of the subject. In these cases usually the subject will relate waking in a sudden state of terror, they feel immense fear, of what they are not always sure. Sometimes they may see the aliens in their presence. Sometimes the aliens have not yet arrived.
Shortly thereafter the subject will feel a sudden feeling of peace and relaxation spread over their body. There is a sense of numbness that fills ones head. Nothing seems to matter, all fear is gone, all desires are gone, and most important of all, conscious thought also is gone. The subject is like a zombie. Not really in a trance, just turned off. They still see, they still hear, and they still feel. It is just that they have no thoughts about what is happening. If they are stuck with a needle they can feel the pain but they will not try and move away from the pain, their body is unresponsive. If they do think about trying to get away a voice (more like a thought) in their mind over rides the idea. While they may wish to escape the pain there is seldom, if ever, any effort to do so. They may be asked questions which they will respond to without thought. If the control that is placed on them weakens, they may ask questions, usually this results in the mental control being tightened. Sometimes the aliens may respond , we believed that when this occurs the subject is allowed to have some conscious mental control so that their thoughts may be studied.
For one to believe that they can overcome the effect of the aliens mind control by will is like trying to fight off the effect of general anaesthesia. While you might be able to fight it for a while, eventually it will put you under.
Perhaps one of the best examples of how effective the alien mind control is was related to me by a brother and sister. Both are in their 50's, the event happen when they were children. It was during a family gathering with a number of relatives in attendance. The family was seated around a large table in a country home and had just begun eating when a strange noise caused them to get up and go to the front room. The brother and sister, like most children ran, ahead of the rest and out on to the front porch. By the barn there was a UFO hovering just above the ground. Several small gray figures were walking toward the house. The brother and sister were mentally controlled and taken back into the UFO where they were examined and had various procedures performed on them. Later when they where returned to the house they reported finding the family all standing around in the presence of a gray alien. They were not moving and did not seem aware what was going on. One by one all the family members were returned to their seats at the table, then the aliens left. Moments after the departure of the aliens all the family began eating and talking as if nothing had happened. Except for two small details. For some reason the sister's memory of the event was not erased, and no one could figure how one minute they were eating hot food and the next it was cold. Oddly enough the brother, could remember running out the door and seeing the UFO, but could not remember the other events. When they brought the matter up with the adults' present their story was scoffed at children's make belief.
The extent of the control was so great that none of the adults remembered anything about the event. Yet they all were aware that the food had suddenly gone from hot to cold. Many abductee's report seeing their mates lying in bed as they are taken from the room. In some cases where the abducted maintain some mental control before being totally brought under control, they report trying to wake their mates. They report that their mates are unresponsive and do not show any signs of waking. There have been abductions reported in large gatherings where a entire crowd is frozen while the abduction takes place. For the investigator the question exists as to how many of these individuals may have some type of residual memory of the events. It seems almost impossible that such a thing can happen, yet over and over again we hear similar stories.
Perhaps the reason it is so difficult for people to understand and accept the nature of the mental control over a person during an abduction is because the implications. This type of mind control is frightening. The realization that at any moment one can be turned on or off like a TV set, controlled and manipulated, is more than most persons are prepared to accept. It is far easier to believe that the abductee is somehow a willing participant to the manipulations of the aliens than to except the fact that it could happen to them also.
