Hi everyone! I found this site yesterday and I'm already hooked! I've been here much too long today and now don't have a thing ready for dinner. I'm California born and raised. Married to a great man for 25 years who's not afraid to show his sensitive side when he's not in his everyday court jester mode. We have two grown kids and lots of little "kids" in fur coats. I love decorative painting so much that I decided to make it my income. Depending on the time of year, it's either feast or famine around here---now I know where the phrase "starving artist" comes from. Being 45 years of age, a bit of forgetfulness is setting in, so please forgive me if it takes me awhile to get to know everyone. Nice meeting all of you! FPL
Faye Hey to everyone. My name is Faye, mother of two and 11 grandchildren. I manage a golf course here in Coshocton, Ohio. Love to do all kinds of crafts, read, watch movies, both old and new. I'm not REALLY a flamingo.... I'm a retired, SAH dog mom. We decided when we got a
dog that one of us would be here most all of the time, well, now it's both of us, since last
year we both quit our jobs, mine was crafting. I like to tole-paint, and sew and make
stuff, just not 22 hours a day anymore! I'm 44, married with no children, living in NW
Arkansas, with a husband of 18 years, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and about 100 hummingbirds. I
also like to watergarden, as long as there aren't any watersnakes around... ugh.

flannelpatch-NH Hi to all! Newbie here is a retired trauma x-ray technologist. Have traveled all over the USA since a wee one. Married to the love of my life, grown kids 1 of each plus their spouses, and 2 grandsons; and I'm just one century minus 50 plus one from way back in the 20th century. Started sewing when I was 9-dad taught me. Just getting back into sewing and quilting; plus do much more that is not craft related, including hubby and me owing 2 small biz's.

I'm 61, have 3 grown children, 2 grandchildren and 4 kitties. Was married for almost 19 years, been divorced for over 21 years but have a nice gentleman companion who has been hangin' around for about 17 years. I work two jobs but will retire sometime in the coming year. I plan to (1) thumb my nose at my current boss of over 15 years and take my well-earned pension (2) wait until SS kicks in at 62, and (3)sell my house and move to a home that is the closest place to paradise that I can find. I really enjoy this BB and all the peeps here.

Haven't been here for awhile. Check into the craft and decorating section every day. Still live in rural Nebraska. DS and DD are both in college one not to far away the other the opposite end of the state. DH and I were married 23 years on September 17. Will be 44 end of October. Work full time in a long term care facility.

I live in central Fl., been married for 47 years. Four grown children, 2 girls, 2 boys. Six
grandchildren, 3 girls, 3 boys. My husband is retired navy, so we traveled a lot. I grew up
in Atlantic Beach, Fl. and always wanted to come back to this state. No pets. Interests are
reading, painting and getting together with friends. Enjoy the Kt because it seems like one
big family.

Hi Everyone, I've been here at the KT for a little over two years now; don't get online too much this time of year; we have a seasonal Paintball business and have to keep the phone lines open..:( Been married for 23 years, am 57 with two grown children. Hubby is a master carpenter and I am a fry cook at our local eatery. My greatest love, outside of my family, is my involvement with the Adoptaplatoon Soldier Support Effort. I've supported many, many soldiers deployed to the Balkans and it seems as if my family has now grown....:))))). This is a wonderful forum; I guess some would say it's "home away from home"!

I'm 42, married almost 20 years, SAHM, 2 biological daughters, 1 adopted son at home,
