Personality: Rimisu is a very mellow and gentle kind of person. He's very friendly and easy going, and he loves to travel. He suffers from wanderlust as he lacks any proper goals. Instead, he chooses to travel and discover life as it comes to him. He's rather quick-witted and can take care of himself when in a pinch. His manners are very good despite his low upbringing, and he enjoys reading.
History: Rimisu was born to a pair of servants that served the lord of a large city near the desert. Despite the warm climate, Rimisu was a rather frail child, and the medics had quite the time trying to keep him alive at one or two moments. He did survive, however, and as he grew older, his health gradually improved to the point that his parents no longer worried about his sudden demise.
As Rimisu's parents continued to have children, they had less time to pay attention to him as they continued with their duties about the castle. So, he was left to his own amusement and his older brother's care. He quickly developed a great friendship with a local singer, who upon noticing his natural musical talent, took Rimisu under his wing as an apprentice of sorts. He taught him how to read and write, a luxury that never would have come his way otherwise, as well as how to sing and play the harp.
Rimisu's parents applauded their son's new found friendship and only wished that their son might be learning skills that were a bit more lucrative. However, as it kept Rimisu out of trouble and out of their hair, they couldn't really complain about the arrangement.
Tragedy struck Rimisu's family when he was twelve years old. His mother, having an errand to run for her mistress at another nearby settlement, had left the castle with her three youngest children in tow. They were still too young in her opinion to be left in the care of others. Unfortunately, the town they were visiting was attacked by a mob while they were there. Rimisu's mother and two of his younger brothers were killed. The youngest of all was never found, and it was assumed that the mob members had taken him with them.
With the death of half his family weighing heavily upon him, Rimisu turned to his friend and music for comfort. Over the next few years, he developed into a rather gifted baritone as well as a talented harpist. His performances were always well attended by those of the city, and his excellent manners and sociable personality made him the goal of many young ladies despite the fact that his looks were only average.
Even though Rimisu enjoyed performing for the lord and lady of the city as well as in the city square, he wasn't content. He itched to travel and see the places his friend had told him of. So, at seventeen he set off on his own with the excuse of looking for his missing brother, though he was sure he'd never find him and rather hoped he wouldn't.
During his travels since then, Rimisu has acquired two fairy draks. He's trained them well to carry messages and even to do little tricks while he performs for audiences. He also seems to attrack other people's fairy draks to him. He blames it on the music when asked and simply shrugs his shoulders if pressed.
Traveling around for the last year has been rather enjoyable for Rimisu, but it has also taught him that traveling isn't enough. He still longs for something more. Upon hearing that a Judge might be visiting the town he's in, he waited patiently instead of leaving as scheduled. Perhaps being a knight would give him purpose and fill his empty heart.
