This Sunday, June 15, is a very special day for me and my Daddy... it is our 1st Father's Day.  So I want to have a special page to honour this very special occasion...

Well what can I say about my Daddy besides he is the best Daddy in the whole wide world and I think he is just the greatest.  I am just the luckiest girl to have a Daddy that loves me so much.  Mommy tells me she will never forgot the look in my Daddy's eyes the first time he held me in his arms, the look of so much love and pride as the tears rolled down his face.  I stole his heart right from the very first second.  And everyday I return his love with a big smile when he picks me up first thing in the morning and another big smile when he comes home from work, and with every smile I just melt his heart more.  And as we spend our quality time together playing on the floor, as he zirberts my toes and tickles me, I laugh and smile more and more...I love my Daddy and the special time we share together so much...I am so happy that he is my Daddy...

I am a very lucky little girl because I also have another very special man in my life, and that is my Grampy....you see he has been wanting to be a grandfather for quite sometime now (just ask my Mommy and Daddy about all the teasing they used to get) and well it has finally happened he has ME!!! He already can make me laugh and smile with delight and when I get bigger he is going to take me in the boat, right Grampy? He is such a great guy, a girl couldn't ask for a better Grampy than him... So Grampy, me, Mommy and Daddy wish you a happy day filled with lots of love on your first Father's Day as a Grandfather...You are very special and important to us...We love you bunches...

There has been some very special "fathers" in my family that unfortunately I will never be able to meet them, they live forever within the hearts of my Mommy, Daddy and all my family members that loved them so dearly.

So on this Father's Day they all will reflect with love on all the special times, the joy, the hugs, the laughs shared, the loved received and the imprint these great men made on their lives and know that they have been truly blessed to have these wonderful "fathers" for the time they were allowed. And I know through stories my family will pass on to me the love and memory of these special men. And as I go through my life I have my "Special Guardian Angels" watching over me, guiding and loving me from above.

I would also like to wish all my uncles and cousins who are fathers a special Father's Day wish for a day spent surrounded with love and happiness.  Have a great day guys...you all deserve it...Love you all....XOXO

This Sunday I will be celebrating my first Father's Day with my Daddy and he is honoured to be able be shared this day with my Grampy as we are going home to Canso for the weekend and I couldn't be happier than to be able to have time with both these extra special men on this so important day...
