Hello my name is Ace_13  and im going to tell you how to skin hack (ie be a T and look like a CT)
I am going to go step by step.

1. join a server (make sure spectators are allowed)
2. join the spectators
3. join the Terrorist's (do not pick a skin just hit the 1 key)
4. Hit i
5. then hit 0 

Now next round you should be a terrorist that looks like a counter-terrorist.
When the round starts you will not be able to move to be able to move you wait till frezzetime is up then you buy a weapon.
Then you will be able to move.
when you die you will stay in ct skin but when the next round starts you will have the gun you died with and you wont be able to move to fix wait till frezzetime is up this buy a new gun or drop then gun you have and you will be able to move you have to do this every round.
