He must be at a power level of 40,000,000 for this and gains another 25% increase to all his stats. Goku teleported him away and saved the earth and perished. Cell however managed to reform from a single part of his brain. He came back more powerful then ever in this stage. He must be at a power level of 75,000,000. He gains another boost of 25% to his stats and also the technique of Teleportation. <center><img src="http://www.angelfire.com/anime/VPRPG/celljr" width=300 height=300></div>CELL JR. </blockquote>Cell creates these to attack the Z-Warriors and release Gohan's anger. Each Cell Jr. possess the same techniques as Cell himself except Reformation. They also have 1/2 his stats.
