This can be done at a power level of 22,000,000. He must be at a power level of 45,000,000 to achive this form. It will multiply his power level by three and increase his hit points by 55% and his attack damage by 75%. </blockquote><center>A NOTE ON FRIEZA </blockquote>Frieza must transform through each stage to reach a later one.
