The Gundams
OZ is taking over the colonies, and anything that stands in it's way. The only defense is the gundams. The colonies are not saved, though. They eventually give into OZ.
So basically the gundams are against everyone? Kind of. The people, although following OZ, are somewhat neutral. There's a person every here and there against OZ, like the gundams. For example, a guerilla force that Wufai met up with was a weak defense against the gundams. The Sanc Kingdom (the one Relina's in charge of) is completely devoted to pacifism and not fighting, but still holds a grudge against OZ. The gundams are fighting with minor help, but no advantages.
