General Tuberoph took the place of Zechs Marquis after Zechs left. He is the worst character in all of gundam wing. He supports the cheating mobile dolls, he shot lady Une, and he wants nothing more than to eliminate the gundams. This guy is bad.
He is assasinated by none other than Wufai. He was going crazy, sending out mobile dolls and ranting about their power when Wufai came in, in gundam Altron. The base in which Tuberoph is hiding is destroyed, and Tuberoph along with it.
