At his arrival on Earth, Vegeta is accompanied by his lackey Napa. He, Napa, and their Saibamen face off against the Earth's Defenders. It looks pretty grim for the planet Earth, until Goku returns from death to put an end to the Saiyan's mighty attack. Eventually Vegeta is driven off by Goku's unending assault.

The Majin Vegeta, one of Goku's more powerful opponents, is not an easy victory for the tireless hero. Created during the Boo Saga, the Majin Vegeta is one of Vegeta's most powerful forms.

When Vegeta gets possessed by the body-snatching Babi, Goku once again goes to work to save the universe from the only other living pure Saiyan. Vegeta seriously puts a beating on Goku for a while until Goku finally over powers the Babi-Vegeta.
