"Relena! I’m coming!"
"Heero!? Oh Heero help me please help me!" Relena cried. She shakily stood up and reached out to the dark-haired teenager of 18. Suddenly, Heero saw Relena go rigid. Her aquamarine eyes widened, and her wheat-colored hair flew. Blood dribbled from her mouth, and she fell.
"RELENA!"
Heero ran to her, his eyes wide with shock and worry. He took Relena in his arms, and rocked back and forth. "H-Heero..." Relena uttered his and coughed, sending a light spray of blood on a faded, worn green tanktop.
"Ssh... Don’t talk Lena...you’ll be fine..." Heero smiled sadly, and let his Prussian blue eyes get lost in her aquamarine ones. She moaned and turned her head to one side.
"Heero...I-I’m not going to m-make it...I-I’m sorry..."
"Lena don’t talk like that! You’re going to be fine..."
"No. You’re lying...Heero...be-before I die I want to-to say..." Relena coughed once more, and Heero gripped her more tightly.
"Heero...I wanted to say...I am...no was going to have your baby...I’m four months..." Relena whispered. Heero started crying, sobs wracking his body. Relena weakly raised one hand to his cheek and cupped it.
"Oh my Perfect Soldier...please forgive me for...for leaving so soon...I’ll be waiting in heaven for you..." Relena said with her last breath. She sighed, and her head fell to one side. Heero’s eyes went wide, and he forgot the war raging around them.
"Relena? Relena!? NO!"
