A Majin is basically any person who has been placed under Babidi's spell they are evil and have to do whatever Babidi tells them to. In DBZ Vegeta breaks the spell and can resist Babidi's orders. All Majin's have a M engraved/tattooed onto their forehead (Vegeta still has the M after he breaks the spell). See an example of the M here.
