Party Time!
“Otaku! Wake up,” whispered Uma excitedly. “Today’s our birthday!”
Otaku opened his tired eyes to see his sister, who was younger than him by half an hour. They were both seventeen today.
The two twins smiled at each other – they looked like their grandma, 18, and her twin, 17. Otaku had black hair and Uma had blondeish hair.
“C’mon, brother! I’ve GOT to ring Hebi and Neko! You go downstairs – Grandpa’s on the warpath!”
“OTAKU!” floated Vegeta’s loud, angry voice from downstairs. Otaku gulped. “Uh-oh,” he said.
The teenager hurried down the stairs, a bit scared about what his grandfather might do.
“Yes, Grandfather?” he asked in a meek voice.
“Speak up, boy! I cannot hear you!” said the old man, his arms crossed and a Death Glare on his face.
“YES GRANDFATHER?”
“No need to yell! Look, boy, do you know where your grandmother is?”
“No…”
“**********************************!” swore Vegeta. “Where is she? You think she’d be here for her own grandchildren’s birthday! I need a rest…”
“There’s a spare bedroom beside mine,” said Otaku. “Why don’t you rest there?”
“Hmm.”
Vegeta slowly went up the stairs, and, for a brief moment smiled at his grandson. He was the only grandson he had.
“Happy birthday, Otaku.”

Meanwhile, Uma was ringing up Neko and Hebi.
When she rang up Neko, she found that her cousin’s relative was crying. “What’s the matter, Neko?”
“Something really horrible has happened,” Neko sobbed.
Next time on DBC:
“WHAT?” asked Uma.
“It’s true!” replied Neko.
Uma fainted.
“Uma? Are you there?”
