Mina’s personality Mina was actually the first Sailor Scout ever to exist. She lived in England, and was thirteen when she was "discovered". When Mina first began her fighting for love and justice, she was Sailor V of England. Mina was in seventh grade, in a gym class when Mina saw a white cat with a crescent moon symbol on his forehead. This cat was called Artemis. He found Mina, and realised that she was Sailor of the planet Venus. He gave her a transformation pen and began her training long before Luna ever even met Serena. Artemis has a special connection with Mina, due to their history, but he isn't as serious as Luna with training. Sailor V has a different outfit to Venus, more like Sailor Moon’s. Her skirt is blue with a red stripe along the bottom (scouts don’t have stripes there). Her collar is also blue with a red stripe along the edges. She doesn't have a tiara, but she has a crescent moon instead. The only similarity between Sailor Venus' outfit and Sailor V's is the big red bow she uses to tie up her hair. Sailor V became extremely popular and an idol. She got her own video games, and in one particular episode, an animation school was working on the Sailor V movie. Serena loved Sailor V, wanted all her vide games, etc. Serena always said she wanted to be just like Sailor V! Sailor Moon would not have been created if it wasn’t for Sailor V. Sailor V was not a big success after it was released, so Sailor Moon came out with Sailor V as her idol. They decided she should be in the series so she came as Sailor Venus. She is also the leader of the Sailor Senshi. The Moon Princess is the leader of the Kingdom composed of followers of the Princess. Sailor Venus's is the leader of the moon princess’s protectors, the Sailor Scouts. A lot of debate has one over leadership, but ‘they wok better as a team’… Mina is a lot like Serena. She is quite a ditz but doesn’t fall over as much, and she is a late person too. She has bad grades and has problems waking up in the mornings. She likes to cheer people up, and is generally a good person. She is really, really friendly. Mina is kind, friendly, fair, compassionate, and considerate (a nice long list compared with Raye). Just like Serena has a guardian cat, called Luna, Mina has a guardian cat, called Artemis. He gets very stressed with her whenever she does something ditzy (which is quite a lot). She doesn’t have anything to do with love in the sailor scouts, but her best friend is Lita, they do combo attacks together. In the pics of them they are always next to each other. Mina, as well as Lita is a bit more defensive of Serena… It is said during the Silver Millennium, Malachite and Sailor Venus were lovers. The 4 generals of the Dark Kingdom were the Royal Guards of Prince Endymion. Each one of them was in love with one of the inner Sailor Scouts, lil’ old Sailor Moon was in love with Darien. Jedite loved Rei, Zoycite loved Amy (Amy had a boyfriend!!!…), Neflite loved Lita, and Malachite loved Mina! Malachite and Venus loved each other until evil Queen Beryl turned him evil. Venus Powers and Attacks Venus Power! Mina says this to transform into Sailor Venus. Venus Star Power! Mina says this to transform into Sailor Venus when Luna gave them all new transformation pens. Venus Crystal Power, make up! She says this to transform into Super Sailor Venus. This first appeared in Sailor Moon Supers. Attacks: Mina uses attacks that are just pure energy. Some attacks are associated with love, as Venus is Greekly associated with love? Crescent Beam / Venus Crescent Beam Smash - This is Sailor Venus' attack. Sailor Venus holds her right hand with second finger in the air vertically above her, where a double crescent appears, then fades into her finger. She then points her finger at her enemy, and a powerful beam of light hits the enemy. Crescent Beam Shower / Venus Meteor Shower - This is Sailor Venus' powered attack. This attack starts in Sailor Moon Romantic, when she got stressed with Negatrash were getting energy from lil kids. This attack is the nearly same as Crescent Beam Smash, but the beam divides into lotsa beams and then moulds into one big one to destroy the enemy. Venus Love Me Chain / Venus Love Chain Encircle- This is Sailor Venus' new attack. This happens in Sailor Moon Romantic, with their new transformation pens. Sailor Venus ‘floats’ in the air, with a chain of glowing golden hearts. She then twists her hand round and thrusts it at her enemy, sending the chain circling at them. Venus Love and Beauty Shock - This is Super Sailor Venus' attack. This starts in Sailor Moon Super Stars. She blows a dangerous kiss to her opponent.
