Vincent/Hiei is a Class A Demon from the Netherworld. He poses a third eye called a 'jagan' in the middle of his forehead-it is normally hidden under his band. He is a very skilled swordsman who is very quick and deadly and he loves fighting. He mastered the 'Black Dragon Spirit Technique' which is one of the strongest attacks in the series.
