This is a quiet peacful town housing around 1million people. And yes this is the same town that the androids first appeared at in the Android saga. Nothing special is going on here currently. This is 1 day away from every location except Kami's Lookout and Korrin's Tower. Currently nothing above normal is going on here. Here you can train and spar in the local dojos but you wont get full gainage for your training.
