Weighted Neck Brace
This is a weighted neckbrace worn around the neck. This looks like a protection of the neck but it isnt all that fluffy, and its weighted. Yes, this is the white fluffy looking thing the Piccolo wears around the neck and sometimes Gohan. This is equiped to the neck and when equiped you can still have certain items also equiped to the head. This adds +10% of your training to your powerlevel when this is worn.

Weighted Turban
This is a circluar hat type object that is weighted and used for training. This is the hat type thing that Piccolo on his head for training purposes. This adds +5% of your training to your powerlevel.

Weighted Cape
This is the weighted cape that Piccolo and Gohan wear during the Cell saga. The cape adds +20% of your training to your powerlevel, but -10% of your speed in battle.

Namekian Boots
These are the brown boots that the Namekians seem to wear. When worn these add +5% of your training to your speed.

Weighted Vest
This is the weighted Vest that Mr. Popo wears. It is equiped to the body and it adds +5% of your training to your powerlevel.

Pendulum Room
This is the pendulum Room. You may go in here a maximum of 1x a week. Once you go in here you fight fighters or a fighter from the past in your mind only, but you dont know that. To do this you must post a very long roleplay on the message board describing your time spent in the pendulum room. This will add only a small bonus to your intelligence and will give you battle stats to your exp.

Room Of Spirit And Time
This is the Room Of Spirit And time which lets you get a very good amount of efficent training done in a short amount of time. This enables yout to train for a whole year inside the large room but only a day passes outside of the room in your world nad time.You are only allowed to train in this room a maximum of 2x during the entire rpg. You go and you post alot of very very long roleplays on the message board describing your year's training inside the room. The better the Roleplay is the better chance you have at getting a bonus to your stats. Since there are 365 days a year you take what you would normal get for a day of training and you multiply that x365. You also get atleast 10,000exp for training in here. But After you train in here is lowers your fatigue by 90.
