You can research the pearls. It takes a unknown ammount of tmie but you can figure out what it does. You can decide whether to keep the info to yourself or tell it to the whole rpg so they dont have to research it. But you get 10000 zenni for your efforts by telling the rpg. You can still train if you do this but you must add you researching the pearls. Becareful though.
