A donated piece of fanart (of Shippou and Naruto!!)

Procedure:

First, I copy pasted the fanart onto Microsoft Word and resized it to the size I wanted. I then copied it on over to the Microsoft paint and and recolored some of the smoke whisps with a dark navy blue.
After that, I snagged a small portion of the surrounding bar (the circles that encase the picture) and copy pasted multiple ones to form a big one, repeating this over and over to make the text box.
Then I copy pasted the whole thing back over to Microsoft word to add in the title, ".::Naruto::.".
Finally, I again copy-pasted back to Paint and saved the image. As for adding the text box on top, here is the code:
