Each Race has 6 powers that their respective race seem to have more often than not. You may pick any one of them regardless of it's Int Level for your beginning power. Your race's other powers and powers not akin to your race may be accuired later.
Next, you choose 1 Special Power fromthe following list, this list contains all the Racial Powers of all the Races, as well as a few others, the only difference is, you must have a certain INT. Also, some races may only be learned by certain Races, if so, the power will say so.
