A mysterious character with an even more mysterious package has beaten up three scientists in a bathroom stall (…scientists…). Seems both Spike and Jet decide that this should be a case they take to catch this whirl-wind bounty, but there's something up…IT HAS ESCAPED. So as Spike tries to catch this bounty the package runs amuck through a pet store and now Spike and Jet are on an adventure to capture a bounty head…and a dog?
Just remember a Welsh Corgi is 100% mongrel.
