Thirtieth Birthday of the ICIS stamp issue.

This stamp is printed in full color, and again includes a monarch butterfly from the earlier definitive set, as well as the ICIS crest. This stamp issue is the first time that the ICIS had ever issued a triangular stamp. The stamps are on white paper, and were printed by the Occussi-Ambeno Imperial Government Printing Office (KDPN), Baleksetung, Occussi-Ambeno. All stamps are perf 12.
