This beautiful stamp was issued to honour the First ICIS Police Conference, held at the small Occussian town of Nitibe, in Feripæga Regency. The four-day Conference was organised by the International Council of Independent States (ICIS), of which Occussi-Ambeno is a member, and featured seminars for police officers. The young police dog, Dennis, featured on the stamp, is on the staff of the Bureau of Gendarmes at Shovhioch, the Feripæga capital.
