What a bonnie wee lassie...that is - puggie!
The lovely and talented Stella, 6, of the clan Pug in Ottawa.
Stella's mom Heather fashioned this lovely tartan outfit,
complete with tam and lace ruff, for Stella's Talent demonstration.
For most of us it was the first time we'd seen a pug in a skirt
do a Highland Fling for treats. Bravo, Stella, and Heather.
You made us all smile.
