PS 6.0 Workshop
Colouring a Greyscale Image
Each section of the image was individually
selected
and gradations of colour were used
in different layers.
Approximately 26 selections
were made with the
Magnetic Lasso then coloured with gradients
or lowered opacity Paint Bucket.
Blur tool was used on the hair.

Another colouring example...
Again, to turn a black and white photo
into a colour picture required multiple layers and
selections using gradient fills done with the Paint Bucket
tool or a selected paint brush. Levels were adjusted.
