OIL CHAMBER
This is a device I built, which assists me in my metered pump experiments.
Red coloured water is pumped in a circuitous fashion and as the water passes through the top inlet tubing, it falls through a cylinder filled with transparent oil.
Being that water is heavier than oil, the water falls to the bottom. One can see red coloured water spheres falling in succession through the clear oil.
ULTRASONIC TRANSDUCER
A computer rendering of an ultrsonic transdcuer system I designed and built.
This was used in a research project I did last year relating to improving aerogel production techniques.
