Fern photo with a concentric circle patterned screen overtop of the photo paper while printing.

2 photos of an eye collage with a burned heart and a dodged "U". Later cut into strips and the 2 photos combined.

Photo of a holographic gift bag, with "psycho" solarized onto it.

My favorite. Doesn't have film grains as most other prints do. Was taken with a higher resolution film.

A solarized version of the King of Hearts photo.

Tree bark, used to show depth in nature's patterns.

All of the above photographs were taken, developed, and printed by me. I printed almost all of these in grade 12 and the other 3 or 4 were printed in grade 11. My darkroom class was called Media Tech because it was all forms of media as well. In grade 12 you were able to choose your area of study whereas in grade 11 you had to try each one. This included photography for a layout, general photography, animation, Photoshop work, and video production. I worked at both Photoshop manipulation of digital images, and general photography in grade 12. I recieved the highest mark in that class...being %110.4 oficially %100 since a mark higher than 100 could not be input onto the computers for the report card. I completed more work than was necessary, but I didn't work for longer than other students. I was just quick at the photo printing proccess and I handed in everything I printed, whether bad or good. The extra 1 or 2 marks for the bad ones got me up there. Please make sure you take a look at the one that's a picture of a snail on a leaf. That one in particular was one of my favorite pictures of the year, and it was taken on higher resolution film so that I could blow it up larger than normal, and I printed it to about a 2ft x 2ft size.
