Goujun from Saiyuki Gaiden. I couldn't find ANYTHING on him, except bare scraps of info and some fanfics (which are good)...so I thought I should contribute to the fandom like a proper fangirl.^__^
That's not weird lumps on his face, it's scales. He IS a dragon, after all...^_^;;
