Jumped in the river, what did I see?
New photographs coming soon...don't all hold your breath at once now...
Right, right, I should update. Course I should. know I should. not much motivation to do so. not much going on to tell the five people who do read this webpage. It's a lovely day, though. look outside for that bit. birthday's coming up. working a bit today. looking forward to a concert...but that's still a month yet. the highlight of my week was ordering expensive boots. that makes me shallow it would seem. probably does. probably because I should have spent the money on a new lens or something like that. i need a new camera, too. so it would seem. gotta put something new up on the page, though maybe katie likes to see her face that big.

Sheepish me. I'm told I need to update. It's just that there's really nothing exciting going on, and anyone who really wants to know has asked me. So let's just say I update for all you out there who love to anonymously stalk me...hehe. But I thought I'd do a little maintenance, maybe post a few new photographs. I actually do have loads of new work. I actually had a show at the DAAC of all new work - portraits, to be specific. The photo above was one of my pieces. Some of you may recognize the model...more photographs to come, I'm sure. Details of my personal life? Probably not until I've been to another cool concert.
So the festival was last week, and, needless to say, it was amazing. It's going to be extremely difficult to top a night in which I see the Pixies go on right before Radiohead. Ha. At one point I wanted to cry! But yes, I was being ridiculous, much like the other obsessed fans there. The whole trip was a blast though - the only real damper being the 110 degree heat. Not used to that, even after summers in Texas. But I'm finally recovered, and maybe will post some pictures from the event soon, although there really aren't any stellar shots.
Wonderful, fabulous news!! First of all, hello. I realize it's been nearly forever, but in my defense, when I finally had the impetus to update, angelfire wasn't working! Oh well. I'm back. ANYHOW. My fabulous news is that I am officially going to the Coachella Festival in California! Check out the lineup and be mad with envy.

Hello, friends. Sorry it's been so long. You see, I've been busy moving into a new apartment. It's lovely really, in Heritage Hill. It's so nice to be downtown, or near it, rather than out in the suburbs. Sorry for sounding snobbish about it. So I'm working on some new pictures, digitally coloring some old black&white photos, so I might add some new photos soon. And yea! I get to start my new job next week.
Oh yes. I returned today from the corn-fed State of Wisconsin; the trip was magical only because I saw Radiohead. Yes, yes, it was fabulous. Truly there is nothing more exciting and exhilirating than to be at a concert when one knows every song, every lyric, and all of those lyrics in all of those songs swarm around in your brain and envelope you until you can practically feel the neurons in your brain firing away excitedly. Of course I had a wonderful time. I will, however, never attend another concert at the Alpine Valley Music Theatre, a sad excuse for a venue. But it was a fun trip complete with camping in Wisconsin's largest prairie...right...and visiting the Mars Cheese Castle. Oh God bless Wisconsin...someone should. Sorry, I shouldn't make so much fun of a State when I do live in Michigan :) Check out at ease web and read reviews of the show.
The Illusive Page O' Pictures NEW!! UPDATED!! (June 2003)-
Black-eyed angels swam with me
A moon full of stars and astral cars
And all the figures I used to see
All my lovers were there with me
All my past and futures
And we all went to heaven in a little row boat
There was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt

In other news, I've just been working my boring office job and trying to build up a portfolio for freelance work. The pic above was just messing around, nothing for my portfolio.

So you want to know about me...
And now you want to know what I look at on the web? Updated Feb. 3
