Cold ,cold wind whips this Frozen heart of mine
as flowers burst open in spring delight
churning, churning the world comes alive

lifting to the heavens above

another storm wages on the horizon
as the warmth of the new season pokes its weary head
trying so hard to warm an empty soul

beckons a lonely heart to open
and reach for the sky
soaking up the suns healing rays
as time passes
One lone bud presses its face high
stretching
to a new day
a new dawn
Another chance to kiss the morning dew
and make amends and renew.
