Desert Wind Alpacas is located about halfway between the small southeastern Arizona towns of Benson and Saint David. Just 45 minutes east of Tucson, we have easy access to I-10 and are close to many attractions such as Tombstone, Bisbee, and Kartchner Caverns.
As small breeders, we occupy a special niche in the alpaca industry. Because we intentionally keep our herd size small, we are better able to work closely with our alpacas to produce animals that are well-trained for the show ring and very socialized for ease of day-to-day handling. Our smaller size also allows us to concentrate on providing quality support to our clients. Every alpaca we sell carries a complete guarantee.
