My Poems
The Child Unborn
You did something
You thought you were ready for
You truely thought you meant it
When you said you wanted more
So you two went for it
Not knowing the meaning of love
Who knew your true feelings
But the one who is above
This is when the innocent child is concieved
The poor thing that had a right to be born
But you didn't think of that when you two split
You just thought about how your life would be torn
You passed the thought of adoption
And didn't let the baby live
Just so you wouldn't have to worry about it
Or about the love you don't know how to give
I Promise
I promise to love you
If you let me in
I'll be there always
My heart you will win
I promise to be with you
No matter what the cost
But you've got to show me the way
Just pretend I'm lost
You lead, I'll follow
Take me too far and I'll stop
Let me take my time
I promise we'll reach the top
I promise that I promise
For, those I do not break
Break a promise
And my soul you might as well take
Tears are Falling
My tears fall down my cheek
But don't want anyone to know
Don't want anyone to see I'm weak
So it's easier to let go
It may not show when I am hurt
Just for your sake
So you treat me like dirt
My soul you gradually take
I don't want to tell you this
Because I know you don't care
So I act like I am in forever bliss
This totally isn't fair!
Tell Me
Please look at me
And tell me how you feel
Look deep into my eyes
But be careful, my heart you might steal.
Just tell me you love me
Or tell me you don't
I can handle it
Or maybe I won't.
Don't be scared
Don't be afraid
Just go for it
And let your heart be your aid.
Worry about yourself
Not about how you might hurt me
I may be sensitive, but
I will be as strong as I can be.
It hurts me more
When I don't know
Hurts deep inside
And makes me feel so low.
Just tell me
And I will tell you
Our feelings might be different
But if only I knew.
