I was up in Wickenburg, Arizona the other week (a town which basically hasn't changed since the
mid-1970s when I began to frequent it) and I noticed this fine citizen doing his neighborly duties.
And again here is this concerned citizen cleaning out the butts closer to the front door.
This obviously relieves the clerks inside from this onerous task.
