Here we see the DPS (Highway Patrol) officer talking with the accused in his Audi TT, which he probably assumed did not have to obey the 65 mph limit on the 101, pulled over at the Desert Ridge shopping center near the soon-to-be shuttered Barbeques Galore store.
Not sure of the Lady in Pink's involvement.
