Prototype GM Electric Car Spotted

The test driver left the plug-in cord hanging out the door, a dead give-away for an electric car.
They are obviously using a beat-up old Pontiac to disguise the cutting edge vehicle hidden beneath the sheet metal.

Here is a close-up of the plug. Notice it is the especially twisted triplex cord used for high voltage, low amperage,
medium-impedance, charging of ultra heavy-duty platinum-titanium mix cutting edge batteries. Notice the cord is also green.
