Colossus Conduit Crawls Along State Route 74

Traffic slowed on Arizona's State Route 74, (also known as "The Lake Road", aka:
what the Carefree Highway becomes west of the north-south situated I-17), as we came upon this huge creation.
As we got closer to the massive silo or pipe we could get a grasp on how immense it was.
Up close and personal with this twenty-foot in diameter precision-machined conduit.
Here we can see the front of the caravan that will guide this submarine sized piece down the road. I'm guessing this behemoth is heading for the APS nuclear power plant, which I believe can be got to by heading south (left in the photo) a few miles west of this location.
In my review mirror you can see the three D.P.S. patrol cars lined up side by side.
Naturally some dipshit who was in a gawdamned hurry to get to the Kentucky Fried Chicken drive-thru
in Wickenburg, was on my ass, preventing me from taking a better photo.
