We created a handful of songs and recorded a 6 song demo entitled "In Your Face". the songs on there were Hypocrite, Break Out (very popular in the area), Lost Truth, Some Kinda Hate (misfits cover), Pro-What?, and Gouge. With these songs recorded, Clockin Neemin played for about a year supporting the release and opened for alot of acts including US Bombs, Method 51, Gutterfish, as well as tons of locals. We also played a show called Shock the Locals which was sponsered by FM99, and our name was mentioned several times on the radio that day. After a long run, we all decided to disband in the summer of 2001. Eventually in the fall of 2001, Clockin Neemin was reunited with a new drummer Will Murphy and a 2nd guitarist Jose Ciceraro. We recorded two new songs called Walk With Me and My Mistake. We played a few shows, and soon after Matt and Jose decided to leave the band with intentions on starting a new punk-ska group that they both front. With the absence of Matt and Jose, the rest of the band decided to finally call it quits. Currently, Matt and Jose are in a brand new band called Thumbs UP that is reaching goals already. You can visit their site at www.angelfire.com/va3/thumbsup/ or sample some music by visiting www.mp3.com/thumbsup/ . Jake is said to be new guitar player in the local band Kill Your Crush, everyone check them out. Sloth and Will i'm sure are starting something new on their own terms as well. Clockin Neemin was a band with tons of live energy, and will always be remembered in the area as one of the first bands to fuse hardcore with punk rock.
